Job summary
We are seeking some dedicated and experienced Site Supervisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, maintaining site safety, and coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
- Monitor construction progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Check the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
- Record site activities, manpower, and material usage.
- Assist in solving on-site construction issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Ghana.
