Sewing Line Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shai Hills for a Sewing Line Operator. The Sewing Line Operator will be responsible for operating sewing machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and adhering to safety protocols. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining sewing machines, monitoring the quality of finished goods, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and understanding of machinery maintenance
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure production meets standards
• Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Experience in Training others or willingness to learn and assist in on-the-job training
• Basic Computer Literacy skills to enable operation of production-related software and systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience in a manufacturing or sewing environment is a plus
