Senior Audit Manager

THE ROLE

AssuranceHub Consult — a fast-growing, licensed audit and assurance firm and one of the leading local practice firms in its market — is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to lead client engagements and strengthen its assurance practice in Accra and Kumasi.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and supervise engagement teams with minimal partner involvement, serving as the primary point of contact between the firm and client management while driving the professional development of staff under their supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery

•   Supervise and lead engagement teams with minimal partner oversight

•   Serve as the principal liaison between the firm and client management on engagement and practice matters

•   Review audit work performed by team members for compliance with applicable standards

•   Coach, mentor, and develop staff to build technical and professional capability

•   Identify and help convert opportunities for additional client services

REQUIREMENTS

•   Minimum of a BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

•   Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ICAG, CPA, or equivalent)

•   Proven experience managing audit engagements and client relationships

•   Strong leadership, supervisory, and staff development skills

•   Excellent communication and client-management abilities
