Role Purpose
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing and executing all day-to-day security operations within the company’s residential and facility management operations.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring direct involvement in supervising guards, monitoring security procedures, enforcing discipline, and ensuring the safety of residents, staff, visitors, and company assets. The role requires continuous follow-up, strong situational awareness, and the ability to maintain order and operational control in a high-standard residential environment.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly disciplined, alert, and capable of managing security operations with professionalism and authority.
Responsibilities
Shall include but not limited to:
- Supervise and manage daily security operations across the property and facilities
- Monitor security guards to ensure proper attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
- Ensure all access control procedures are properly implemented and followed
- Monitor visitor entry, contractor movement, deliveries, and vehicle access
- Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, complaints, and security breaches
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Ensure CCTV systems, security equipment, communication devices, and alarm systems are functioning properly
- Enforce company security policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
- Coordinate shift schedules, duty allocations, and manpower coverage
- Train and guide security personnel on procedures, professionalism, and emergency response
- Maintain proper documentation, occurrence books, reports, and security records
- Coordinate with management regarding operational risks and security improvements
- Support emergency preparedness and crisis response activities
- Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct in all security-related matters
Education and Technical Experience Requirement
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations or facility security management
- Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial property, or high-end facility security is preferred
- Strong understanding of access control, incident management, patrol procedures, and emergency response
- Experience supervising security teams and enforcing operational discipline
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper security documentation
- General computer proficiency in MS Office and report writing
- Good communication skills in English
