Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This role involves generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s real estate and travel services. The Sales Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and support property viewings and travel service proposals. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through service delivery.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to convert leads, negotiate agreements, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, present services clearly, and collaborate with team members.
• Relevant experience in real estate, travel services, or a related customer-facing industry is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for sales and marketing is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
