Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Kumasi. The role involves driving sales growth by building customer relationships, identifying client needs, and promoting company products. The representative will also support marketing initiatives, deliver product training, provide excellent customer service, and track market trends to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Experience in Sales and understanding of Sales & Marketing principles
- Customer Service expertise and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in training customers or teams on product usage
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales objectives
- Willingness to travel locally within the region as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
