Enzo Mist is Accra's ambient scenting brand — cold-air diffusion devices paired with premium fragrance oils, built on a device-plus-recurring-oil model for homes, offices, hotels, gyms, and showrooms. We're early-stage and growing fast across retail and commercial channels, and we're looking for someone to help build that growth, not just support it.

The role

This is a hybrid content + field sales role. You'll be the face of Enzo Mist online and the person walking into hotels, gyms, showrooms, and retail stores to get our devices placed. Half creator, half closer.

What you'll do

Plan, shoot, and post content on TikTok and Instagram — product demos, client visits, behind-the-scenes — to build the brand and drive inbound interest. Identify and approach wholesalers, retailers, and commercial spaces (gyms, hotels, showrooms, offices, spas). Run the full sales conversation: pitch, on-site demo, negotiate, close. Stay close to accounts after the sale so oil reorders keep flowing — that recurring revenue is the whole model. Keep a simple, honest pipeline tracker and report on what's working.

What success looks like in the first 90 days

A steady content cadence with a growing, engaged following. Your first handful of new wholesale, retail, or commercial accounts signed. A pipeline you can walk us through at any time, no surprises.

What we're looking for

You can create scroll-stopping short-form content yourself, phone is fine — show us examples. You're comfortable cold-approaching a business and closing face-to-face, not just over email. Self-directed — this is a build role with real autonomy and real accountability. Based in Accra, able to move around the city to visit client sites.

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission on every deal you close — full details shared with shortlisted candidates.
