Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Daily responsibilities include managing sales teams, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and building relationships with key clients such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The role involves planning and overseeing promotional campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective product positioning. The manager will also prepare reports for leadership, manage budgets, and ensure all activities align with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Applicants must possess proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, customer engagement, and market development.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, account management, and client relationship development.
• Experience in marketing planning, brand positioning, and promotional campaign management.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and generate actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and performance coaching.
• Comfort working on-site in Accra, with readiness to travel within Ghana as needed.
