Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting JotMinds’ solutions to schools, institutions, and organizations, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The executive will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support digital and offline outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and positioning. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining customer relationships, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on product-market fit. The role also includes representing JotMinds at events, demos, and partner meetings, and ensuring a consistent brand presence in the local market.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Sales and Communication skills to build relationships, present solutions clearly, and close opportunities.
- Experience with education, edtech, or cognitive assessment products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and familiarity with digital marketing channels.
