Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, manage workflows efficiently, and create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee inventory levels, check stock usage, and assist in placing orders for supplies.
  • Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management review.
  • Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets, cost control, and operational excellence.


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in or around Nungua, Spintex, Ashaiman, Labadi, or nearby areas.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
