Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our growing team. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory levels, check stock usage, and assist in placing orders for supplies.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management review.
- Assist in staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Support management in achieving sales targets, cost control, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in or around Nungua, Spintex, Ashaiman, Labadi, or nearby areas.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
