Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance, and training.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets and expenses.
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial position in food service or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
