Job Summary
We are looking for an outgoing relationship manager to foster strong relationships with our clients. The relationship manager's responsibilities also include seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for introducing the company’s products to prospective clients.
- Shall be responsible for introducing prospective source deduction companies to management through proper profiling for consideration.
- Shall be responsible for entering applicant’s details in Sycasane.
- Shall visit client’s place of work to prevent impersonation.
- Shall manage existing clients.
- Shall market Business Loans.
- Shall monitor clients’ loan accounts.
- Shall sight all original documents of the loan applicant.
- Shall give clients update of their loan repayments.
- Shall undertake presentation to group employees in various companies as and when needed.
- Shall prepare weekly reports on sales activities.
- Shall perform other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year working experience in Business Development.
- Must have a Degree or a HND.
