We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated Regional Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Central Region, Eastern Region, Western Region, and Old Brong Ahafo Region (Ahafo Region, Bono region, and Bono East Region)  for a Regional Sales & Marketing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies

• Identify and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• Promote the company’s medical consumables and sterile surgical packs

• Achieve sales targets and generate business growth within assigned regions

• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and after-sales support

• Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and promotional activities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build professional relationships with clients
• Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Training healthcare professionals on product use to ensure optimal application
• Abilities in Sales & Marketing, including developing and implementing strategies to expand market reach and product awareness
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage
• Previous experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
• Must reside in or have strong market knowledge of the assigned region
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
