Receiving Manager At Latius Ghana Ltd

Our client Latius Ghana Ltd holds the franchise for an international food retailer which places emphasis on good old family values such as wholesomeness, trust, honesty, integrity and will have freshness and value placed on premium, with outlets across the continent is seeking to employ these various position for their soon to be opened store in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities

• The candidate must ensure that the receiving area is always clean and well accounted for and that all items are stored at the correct temperature
• Must ensure that all received products are accounted for and booked in correctly
• The candidate must have good understanding of all products that the store stocks and the suppliers from which it comes from
• The candidate must ensure that all stock are being received accurately during delivery and receipt of stock.
  

Qualification Required & Experience
Competencies / Skills

• Must have a forklift operator certificate & license
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills that allow for interaction with suppliers and staff to ensure that all deliveries checked and in case of an error prompt follow up is done
• The candidate should have numeracy skills to check stock received, work out unit prices, invoices and credits
• Must be able to work under pressure to ensure that all varieties of products remain replenished throughout the day
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years prior experience preferably in a retail environment
