Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Listing Agent located in Accra. The Property Listing Agent will be responsible for creating property listings, managing property viewings, and maintaining up-to-date property information. The role involves liaising with clients and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the agent will work closely with property owners to ensure satisfaction and growth of partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Agent activities
• Tech-savvy
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of Property Management processes and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software used in the real estate industry is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is an advantage
