Professional Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport products to designated locations within the specified time frame.

• Ensure the secure handling and delivery of parcels to recipients.
• Contact parcel recipients within 24 hours of receipt to confirm delivery details.
• Collect payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Utilize electronic payment methods whenever possible.
• Provide a daily record of completed trips, aiding in reconciliation and tracking.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Represent VDL Fulfilment with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Maintain communication with the team and provide regular updates on deliveries. Assist in loading and offloading packages or items when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Familiarity with electronic payment methods.

Preferred Attributes:

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with corporate or logistics firms is an advantage.
• Trustworthy with a good sense of judgment and discretion.
