Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport executives, staff, and goods to designated locations.
- Ensure regular maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor vehicle performance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of travel time, destinations, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company transport policies.
- Plan routes and schedules in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or office equipment when needed.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (minimum Class B).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good personal hygiene and presentable appearance.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended or weekend hours when necessary.
