About Printmote

Printmote is building the operational infrastructure for Africa’s fragmented print economy. We help businesses manage printing and branded materials without the time-consuming coordination of multiple vendors.

To support our growing operations, we are strengthening our fulfilment network across Accra to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.

Role Overview

Printmote already works with a number of fulfilment partners across different printing and finishing categories.

We are looking for a Product Research Intern to help expand and structure this network by researching additional suppliers and documenting their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.

Your work will contribute to improving Printmote’s fulfilment intelligence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Supplier Research

Identify and research additional suppliers across Accra in categories such as:

• Printing services (large format, photo printing, stickers, etc.)
• Picture framing (natural wood, fibre, premium finishes)
• Mounting and lamination
• Installation services
• Packaging and finishing

2. Supplier Documentation

Collect and organize structured information including:

• Business name and contact details
• Location
• Services offered
• Sample pricing for standard print sizes
• Turnaround time
• Production capacity

3. Network Expansion

Recommend new suppliers that could strengthen Printmote’s existing fulfilment network.

4. Field Verification

Visit selected suppliers to verify service capabilities and document quality of work where necessary.

5. Data Organization

Maintain a structured and well-organized supplier database that can be used internally by the Printmote team.
