Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Primary School Teacher experienced with multi-grade teaching. Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, teaching and guiding elementary-level students, fostering a positive learning environment, assessing student progress, and maintaining communication with parents and school staff. The teacher will also organize classroom activities to enhance learning and encourage student participation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Teaching, Elementary Education, and Curriculum Development
- Effective Communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff
- Demonstrated expertise in Education and student engagement
- Experience with multi-grade teaching
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment is a plus
- Experience in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
