Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process prescriptions while adhering to pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, and restocking pharmaceutical products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with their needs.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy operations.
- 2-5 Years experience.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage.
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy or a related field.
