Personal Driver ( Driver to the CEO )

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation for the CEO to and from various locations within and occasionally outside the city.
• Maintain a strict schedule, being available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility for extended hours as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times, performing daily cleaning and regular check-ups.
• Manage regular vehicle maintenance, including scheduling services, inspections, and repairs, to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Handle routine vehicle tasks such as fueling, oil changes, tire rotation, and other basic maintenance, ensuring these are performed in advance of required outings.
• Stay informed about traffic and weather conditions, using GPS to plan and take efficient routes and provide timely travel updates to the CEO.
• Ensure a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and privacy are maintained at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations or unexpected travel changes efficiently and calmly.
• Perform regular errands and additional duties for the CEO as required.
