Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Director, based in Tema. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director's diary, organise schedules, and perform administrative and clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Director in day-to-day activities, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant field is preferred
