Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain customer equipment data and database records
• Manage delivery notes and requests for installation
• Issue annual maintenance contracts and follow up with customers
• Issue and follow up on WCS-related invoices
• Maintain records for field rollout projects and update the D1 (Dispatch) system
• Gather and compile information as requested
• Maintain departmental, personnel, and financial records
• Report vacation and sick leave
• Maintain up-to-date organizational charts
• Schedule meetings and arrange appointments
• Make travel reservations as required
  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Business Administration or MIS
• 0–3 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute job responsibilities independently with minimal follow-up
• High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as in a virtual environment
