Job summary
Teledata ICT is hiring two NOC Engineers (Junior and Mid-Level) for our 24/7 Network Operations Center in Accra. You'll monitor and maintain real ISP infrastructure including MikroTik, Ubiquiti, GPON, Zabbix, and Grafana. We're looking for reliable, disciplined engineers who can troubleshoot under pressure and take ownership. Rotating shifts. We operate a mixed wireless and fiber network across Ghana. This is a hands-on NOC role — not a passive monitoring desk.

Job descriptions & requirements
What you'll do:
- Monitor network and server infrastructure 24/7
- Detect, triage, and resolve network incidents
- Coordinate with carriers and TowerCos
- Document incidents and improve processes
What we're looking for:
- TCP/IP, VLANs, routing fundamentals
- Linux command line comfort
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts (non-negotiable)
- Resident in Accra
Preferred:
- MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or Cisco experience
- ISP or NOC background
- BGP/OSPF knowledge (mid-level)
