Network Administrator

Are you a skilled Network Administrator looking for an opportunity to manage and secure enterprise-level network infrastructure within the financial sector?

We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to join our IT team in Accra, with responsibility for supporting and optimizing network operations across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure across branches

✅ Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs

✅ Implement VLANs, access controls, and network security policies

✅ Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

✅ Troubleshoot network issues across branch locations

✅ Manage ISP connectivity, redundancy, and failover systems

✅ Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services

✅ Maintain network documentation and support IT audits

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree/HND in IT, Computer Science, or related field

✔ 2–4 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator

✔ Experience managing enterprise or multi-branch networks

✔ Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPNs

✔ Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network security

Added Advantage

⭐ Experience in banking, fintech, or financial institutions

⭐ Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MikroTik, Network+, or Security+

⭐ Experience with AWS or Azure networking
