NetSuite Internal Implementor

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and configuring NetSuite to address business needs and processes.

• Building reports, saved searches, and dashboards for comprehensive Business Intelligence.

• Creating training/support documentation and conducting end-user training to drive user adoption.

• Managing the "Go Live" deployment processes for a seamless software launch and business continuity.

• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members.

• Prioritizing project workload to achieve milestones and objectives.

• Promoting continuous learning and staying updated on NetSuite platform updates, new features, and best practices.

• Managing projects end-to-end: specifications, configuration, implementation, delivery, documentation, training, and support.

• Performing quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.

• Providing daily support to the finance team and addressing their requests.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience with NetSuite applications, including CRM and ERP, in enterprise software implementation.

• Experience in a high-tech public company.

• Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions or re-engineering initiatives.

• Accounting knowledge.

• Experience with non-ERP business systems (Procurement tools, expenses tools, etc.).

• Familiarity with system integration methods.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

• NetSuite certifications.
