Job Title : National Operations Manager
Location: Accra, Ghana (40%) | Mining Sites across Ghana (60% travel)
Industry: Industrial / Mining / Oil-Free Air Compressors
We are looking for a highly experienced National Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in Ghana.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in Atlas Copco oil-free air compressors (Size 2+)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance & repair
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and technical teams
Role Highlights
- Lead nationwide compressor operations across mining & industrial sites
- Oversee installation, service contracts, maintenance & technical escalations
- Train and develop service engineers and technicians
- Drive operational excellence, cost control & customer satisfaction
- Support market expansion and key account management
