Job Summary
The position of Musician works directly under the supervision of the Music Director. The musician will work faithfully and excellently in their area of skill to enhance and elevate the worship experience at Agape House New Testament Church.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend all required staff meetings for both the church and music department.
- Actively Participate in Weekend Rehearsals under the direction of the Music Director:
- Help recruit and train new music volunteer onto the team.
- Assist writing and recording projects for the Worship Arts Ministry.
- Help Create and facilitate new musical Ideas at the direction of leadership.
- Serve as a valuable member of the Worship Arts Staff team and volunteer community by :
- Participating actively in group chats.
- Attending Team training days and fellowship events..
- Exemplifying and facilitating a positive and healthy work and community atmosphere by personal integrity and conduct.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work some holidays.
- Must be capable of working independently.
- Must be a self-starter, hardworking, do whatever it takes kind of person.
- Must be flexible; able to focus on what needs to happen to reach the goal, even if it is inconvenient.
- Must believe the best in others and is not easily offended.
- Must be able to organize and develop.
- Must be a humble person.
- Must be able to receive input & feedback with ease, but can work independently & dive into areas of need.
- Must have a strong desire for feedback and constructive ideas to grow.
- Must be a person who loves Jesus and Is intentional and passionate about connecting unchurched people to Jesus.
- Person of prayer and intimacy with God.
- Ability to hear God and respond to His ways rather than our own.
- Demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit which will show the highest levels of integrity.
- Demonstrates an intimate connection with the Holy Spirit and a desire and hunger for more of God’s Spirit to move in and through others.

Working Hours:
Mon: OFF
Tues: OFF
Wed: 12pm – 6:30pm
Thurs: 12pm – 8:30pm
Fri: OFF (will be scheduled periodically for evening Service or special programs)
Sat: 4pm – 8pm
Sun. 6:30am – 1:30pm
Total Hours: approximately 30 / wk
