Key Responsibilities

- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-arranged
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints politely
- Process bills and handle payments correctly
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SHS certificate
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
