Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Motor Rider role based in Accra. The Motor Rider will be responsible for timely delivery of packages to clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include safely operating the motorcycle, timely pick-ups, and deliveries, as well as ensuring that all packages are handled with care. The Motor Rider is also required to maintain the motorcycle in good condition and adhere to all road safety and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle riding license and a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of Accra and its road network
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle and motorcycle maintenance
• Ability to follow delivery schedules and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery services, or a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic record-keeping for delivery logs
