Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers.
- Market LoanHOUSE loan products.
- Process and verify loan applications.
- Conduct customer KYC and field assessments.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned loan growth and collection targets.
- Prepare accurate field and customer reports.
Requirements
- SHS/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in banking, microfinance, credit, sales or collections is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-service abilities.
- Target-oriented, hardworking and trustworthy.
- Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork.
