Mechanical Technician

Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Mechanical Technician to carry out the repairs and installations according to GMP standards and ensure proper documentations.
Key Accountabilities

• To carry out installation of plant and equipment
• Execute the activities foreseen in the corrective and preventive maintenance plan for
  

equipment, machines and installations to guarantee their operation in the company's processes and activities.

• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate in the execution of the qualification activities of the equipment and installations in their charge according to the annual qualification plan.
• Collaborate in the execution of works for the implementation of new installations and/or modifications to existing ones, when carried out with ECL own resources.
• Supervise the execution of new installations and/or modifications to existing ones carried out by personnel from other companies, ensuring that they meet the agreed specifications.
• Collaborate in the adjustment and format changes of the different production equipment in case their assistance is required.
• Transmitting to the maintenance supervisor the needs for the purchase of spare parts and consumables
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• NVTI certificate in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical (Plant)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Industrial installations and equipment
