Qualification:
2. Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, power plants, food processing, or heavy industry is an advantage
3. Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment (pumps, compressors, gear systems, bearings, etc.)
• Ability to dismantle, repair, and assemble mechanical components
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
