MARKETING MANAGER
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and promote our furniture products across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance visibility, sales, and brand presence.
•
Oversee social media channels, digital initiatives, and online campaigns aligned with brand identity.
•
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
•
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to design promotional materials, events, and campaigns.
•
Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and web content.
•
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
•
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
•
Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
•
3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in furniture, interior design, or manufacturing (experience in other industries with transferable skills will also be considered).
•
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content management systems.
•
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
•
Innovative thinker with a results-driven approach and proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
•
Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
•
Genuine enthusiasm for design and keen awareness of current furniture and interior design trends.
