We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand to new heights.

Job Description/Requirements

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive occupancy rates.
  • Identify and target key market segments to maximize reach and engagement.


Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and online bookings.
  • Utilize email marketing, content marketing, and social media to engage and convert potential customers.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, that align with our brand image.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.


Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  • Coordinate and participate in local events, and exhibitions to promote The AUD Luxury Apartments.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and graphic design software is a plus.
