Job Description/Requirements
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive occupancy rates.
- Identify and target key market segments to maximize reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and online bookings.
- Utilize email marketing, content marketing, and social media to engage and convert potential customers.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, that align with our brand image.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Coordinate and participate in local events, and exhibitions to promote The AUD Luxury Apartments.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury real estate sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and graphic design software is a plus.
