Rhema Health Co. Ltd. is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, strengthen our brand presence, and drive patient engagement. Reporting directly to the Director, the Marketing Lead will oversee campaigns, manage digital platforms, and build strong community and stakeholder relationships to ensure Rhema Health remains a trusted healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the organization’s goals.
- Lead branding and visibility initiatives across all channels.
- Manage digital marketing, including social media, website, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional events, health campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage advertising, media relations, and public communications.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing (healthcare or service industry experience is a plus).
- Strong creativity, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
