We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Associate to spearhead our growth strategy. This role combines client relationship management, business expansion, and innovative marketing, while fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen Blossom Corporate Training’s market presence

Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, government agencies, and institutional partners.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and bid submissions.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to measure Return On Investment.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, including market expansion, new service offerings, and cross-functional projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Manage client contracts and negotiations to secure and sustain successful partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in marketing and business development, ideally within education, training, or capacity-building institutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage small teams.
Note:
- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, and must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience within the training and career development sector.
- The candidate should also demonstrate a proven track record of measurable revenue growth and successful client acquisition.
