Role Description:

This is an internship role for a Marketing and Business Development Intern, located on-site in Accra. The intern will assist in conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall business development processes through effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively
• Experience or interest in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Sales abilities and an understanding of business development strategies
• Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service
• Enthusiasm for learning and collaborating in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven and tech driven

Location Requirement (Strict):

Applicants "must reside in Ashale Botwe, Adjiringanor, Adenta, Madina and its environs".

Internship Details:

• Duration: Minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months with a possiblity of contract extension dependent on performance.
• Monthly Stipend: GHS 800
• Performance Incentive: Agreed percentage on any successful leads generated
