Job Summary

Apex Health Insurance Ltd. is seeking motivated, results-driven Marketers to support the growth of our health insurance business in selected regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting Apex Health Insurance products, generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote Apex Health Insurance products and services to individuals, families, groups, and corporate organizations.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and direct sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and explain health insurance products and benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, outreach programmes, and corporate visits.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, prospects, and market opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
• Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing and client visits.
• Must reside in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned location.
