Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Loader at GEOKODAMS COMPANY LIMITED. The Loader will be responsible for handling and transporting materials or goods, efficiently loading and unloading items to and from trucks or other vehicles, ensuring the proper placement and secure handling of loads, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role may also involve performing general labor tasks as required and adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure proper handling and placement of goods
• Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to work within established safety standards
• Teamwork and effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and supervisors
• Proven reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to work professionalism
• Experience in loading, unloading, or general labor roles is an advantage
