Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Draft schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, and construction details.
• Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and applicable building regulations.
• Support project planning and ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with project presentations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, and other documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Architect.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (including internship experience).
• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of Ghana's building regulations and construction practices is an advantage.
