About the Role

Pikhaul is seeking a Logistics Assistant Intern to assist our team with daily operational tasks and logistics coordination. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management, fleet coordination, and customer operations support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and operations activities, including delivery coordination and tracking.
• Assist with order processing, shipment scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory, records, and delivery data.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform administrative and support tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
