Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor, based in Accra. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning and conducting audits, preparing audit reports, and assessing the company’s financial compliance and control processes. The role involves evaluating internal policies, identifying areas of risk, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance standards. Additionally, the Internal Auditor will collaborate with various departments to support the company’s commitment to transparency and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
- Strong Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented approach to evaluations
- Proficiency in Finance and financial control processes
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking in problem-solving
