Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Financial Consultant based in Accra. The Insurance Financial Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, retirement planning, and investments. The role entails analyzing clients' financial statuses, offering tailored solutions, and advising individuals and businesses on appropriate insurance and financial strategies. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and identify key opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
• Knowledge and expertise in Investments and Finance
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning
