The Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our prestigious luxury resort. This leadership role is key to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and delivering a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet luxury standards

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and inspections

• Manage inventory, supplies, and departmental budgets

• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams

• Handle guest requests with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• Proven housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and team-management abilities

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Minimum 2-3 years in similar leadership role
