Role Description The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly guest rooms and public areas at MENISH HOTEL. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ejisu and involves daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common spaces, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing supplies. The Attendant will handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and storing linens, and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team members. The role includes interacting courteously with guests, responding to requests, following established cleaning procedures, and adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, including cleaning, linen care, and basic use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Good organization skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly storage of supplies and linens.
• Willingness to participate in training and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderately heavy items for extended periods.
