Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the hotel’s daily operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all departments—housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, front desk, and security—run efficiently and deliver an outstanding guest experience. In addition to communicating with clients and ensuring a seamless experience is being delivered.

You will report directly to the CEO. Occupancy rates and financial performance are handled by another department; your focus will be on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to guests
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on driving occupancy and revenue growth
• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations and guest check-ins/check-outs
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hospitality management and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage

Salary Package

The package being offered for this role is:

• GHC 2,500 fixed base salary
• Up to GHC 1,000 bonuses depending on guest satisfaction and reviews
• 50% of the profits generated from the fridge sales
• Accommodation can be offered after completion of the Probation period
