Hotel Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and with a professional attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
• Laundry: Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any repair or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions:
