Our client,West Africa?s leading multi-brand distributor of Machinery, Equipment and parts now seeks the services of Head-Telemarketing reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for 3 entities: Ghana, Guinea, and Nigeria
- Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives
- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
- Develops scripts for use by the telemarketing team.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor?s Degree or Masters in related field with proficiency in CRM systems.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Call Centres and Outbound Marketing.
