Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth located in Accra. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue generation, and overall clinic expansion. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, optimizing the customer journey, building strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. The individual will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies
• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, including identifying and securing new opportunities
• Experience in creating data-driven strategies and leveraging metrics to optimize growth and customer retention
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Track record of driving revenue growth and scaling businesses through innovative practices
• Ability to work on-site in Accra and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry will be considered favorable
